Agent skills

Skills are step-by-step playbooks an agent loads and follows for bigger jobs, kept current by Creator OS. They are public (no API key needed), so any agent can fetch them. meta-campaign-buildertakes a Meta (Facebook + Instagram) campaign from objective to launch: budget and bid strategy, the conversion goal, audience with a live reach estimate, placements, image / video / carousel creative, Meta's previews, a dry run, the human's confirmation and launch. MCP clients use skills_list and skills_get; creatoros sync installs them into creatoros/skills/.

The skill's SKILL.md as text/markdown, ready to hand to an agent. format=json returns it as JSON instead.
