Effective September 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Creator OS: the iOS app, the web app at creatoros.ca, the Creator OS API, command line tool and MCP server, and our short links (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business or on behalf of clients, you agree for that business too.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. Keep your login, API keys and connected apps secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by agents, scripts or AI assistants you connect with your keys or through our MCP server.
You own the content you upload or create with the Service. You give Creator OS a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit and publish that content only as needed to provide the Service, for example to publish a post you scheduled or to show your analytics. You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish and that it complies with the law and with each network's rules.
The Service connects to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and other services we don't control. Your use of each one remains subject to its own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Networks can change or limit their features, rate limits and approvals at any time, so we can't guarantee that a post, reply, message or metric will always succeed or be available.
AI features (such as AI replies, captions, Agent Posts and cover images) generate content automatically and can be wrong or inappropriate. Review what the AI produces. When you turn on automations, such as auto-replies or comment-to-DM funnels, you authorize Creator OS to send those replies and messages from your accounts, and you are responsible for them.
API keys are tied to one workspace. Don't share them publicly, and regenerate a key if it leaks. We may apply rate limits, and may suspend keys or connections that are abused or put the Service or your accounts at risk. Apps you connect through the MCP server act with the access you granted (read only or read & write) until you disconnect them in Settings.
You agree not to:
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users, the networks or the Service. When your account ends, your right to use the Service stops and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise any particular growth, reach, engagement or results.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Creator OS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or followers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify Creator OS against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of a network's rules.
If you use the iOS app, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms are between you and Creator OS, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of where you live.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
