Skool MCP Server: Run Your Skool Community From Claude

Connect a Skool MCP server to Claude or ChatGPT: post and email your community, answer unanswered posts, approve members, send DMs and read MRR and growth.

Creator OS · October 3, 2026 · 3 min read

A Skool MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor run your Skool community with you: post announcements (and email every member), find and answer posts nobody replied to, approve join requests, send DMs, pin posts, and read your MRR, growth and engagement. Skool has no public API, so Creator OS built the connection and exposes it as MCP tools. We use it every day on our own communities.

A launch day in Skool from one prompt

What you can do

Post and announce

  • Create posts and polls with images or video, in the right category.
  • Post to several communities at once with skool_multi_post.
  • Email every member with a post (Skool’s “notify all”), for launches and big announcements.
  • Edit, pin and like posts.

Engage

  • Find unanswered posts with skool_find_posts and reply to them with skool_comment.
  • Read full comment threads before answering.
  • Send DMs and start conversations: welcome messages, check-ins, win-backs.

Manage members

  • Approve or deny join requests, including reading the answers to your membership questions.
  • List members by status: active, churned, banned.
  • Collected emails from your membership questions.
  • Block or unblock users.

Measure

  • Revenue: MRR from skool_revenue.
  • Growth: 30-day growth and the dashboard charts.
  • Engagement: active members over time.

Connect Skool to Claude

  1. Create a Creator OS account.
  2. On the Connect page, connect Skool. You sign in on Skool’s own page, then choose which communities to share and whether each is read only or read & write.
  3. Add https://mcp.creatoros.ca/mcp to Claude (Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector) or ChatGPT (developer mode).

Prefer the terminal? The CLI has every Skool action too:

npx @creatoros/cli@latest init
creatoros skool:account
creatoros skool:find my-community --unanswered
creatoros skool:create my-community --title "New video" --text "..." --notifyAll

Workflows community owners run with it

Daily: nobody waits for an answer

“Find every post from the last 24 hours with no replies and answer them. Keep answers short, link the classroom lesson when one covers it, and show me anything you’re not sure about.”

Launch day

“Post this announcement to all my communities with the YouTube link, email every member, and pin it.”

Join requests

“Approve pending members who answered all the questions. Show me the rest.”

Monday report

“Give me MRR, new members and active members for each community this week vs last week.”

Win-backs

“List members who churned this month and draft a short personal DM for each. Don’t send until I approve.”

Use with care

Email blasts reach every member’s inbox, so save them for real news. Creator OS marks destructive actions like deleting a post or denying a member, so your AI asks you first. Connect a community as read only if you only want reports.

FAQ

Does Skool have an official API?

Not a public one. Creator OS connects through your own Skool sign-in and only touches the communities you share.

Can I run several communities?

Yes, every community you share is available, and one post can go to several at once.

Can it post to my socials too?

Yes. The same connector posts to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook and Threads, so one prompt can announce a launch everywhere. Read more in running Skool with an AI agent and the Skool docs.
